If booking is done by fax or e-mail, the following data shall be given:
• Name and surname
• Passport number
• Date of arrival and date of departure
• Type of room
• Number of persons
• Form of payment
• Company name for companies
• Other services required: transfer to the hotel, excursion program, etc.

In case of non-arrival or booking cancellation in less than 5 days before the arrival, fine in the amount of the first accommodation day is imposed.

Note:
1. If payment is done by bank remittance, 100% prepayment for the whole accommodation period is required. The prepayment shall be done not later than 3 days after booking confirmation.
2. If payment is done by cash, 100% prepayment for 1 day is required. The prepayment shall be done not later than 3 days after booking confirmation, the rest of the cash amount is paid before check-in.
